Skilled Workers
People whose education and work experience will help them find work and be able to settle as a permanent resident in Canada. Immigrants must prove that they meet the language, education, adaptability, skills and training requirements of the occupation and their qualification and experience at par with the with Canadian standards. Factor like Education, Training, Work Experience, Occupational Demand, and Approved Employment in Canada, Demographics, Spouse’s Education, Age, Knowledge of English / French and Suitability are also taken into consideration to determine chances of successful economic establishment of an applicant in Canada.
Business Immigrants
People who can invest in, or start businesses in Canada under Federal, or Provincial Nominee Program and are expected to support Canadian economy.
There are three classes of business immigrants;

Investors
This program aimed to attract experienced persons and capital to Canada. Investors who demonstrates business experience, a minimum net worth of CDN $800.000 and make an investment of CND $400.000

Entrepreneurs
This program is for experienced people that will own and manage business in Canada that will contribute to economy and create jobs. Entrepreneurs required to demonstrate business experience, and minimum net worth of CDN $300.000 and are subject to conditions.

Self-Employed
Self-employed immigrants required to have intention and ability to create their own employment. They are expected to contribute to the cultural, artistic or athletic life of Canada. Farmers also can create their own employment by purchasing and managing a farm in Canada.
Family Class Immigration
Citizens and permanent residents living in Canada, 18 years of age or older, may sponsor close relatives or family members who wants to become permanent residents of Canada. Sponsors are supposed to support the relative or family member and accompanying family members up to 10 years for helping them to settle in Canada.
Live-in Care Givers
Anyone with high school education with functional knowledge in English and / or French with six month of relevant experience or one year of full time paid work experience is eligible under this category.
Provincial Nominee Programs
Most provinces in Canada have an agreement with the Government of Canada that allows them to play a more direct role in selecting immigrants who wish to settle in that province. If you wish to immigrate to one of Canada’s provinces as a Provincial Nominee, you must first apply to the province where you wish to settle. The province will consider your application based on their immigration needs and your genuine intention to settle there.
