Financing Your Education at Evergreen College
A post secondary education is a big investment. Fortunately, there are many payment options available to Evergreen students. A brief
description of some financing options available is outlined below. To learn more about these options, and to create your personal payment plan, speak to your Education Counsellor at Evergreen college.
EMPLOYER AND UNION SPONSORED EDUCATION PROGRAMS:
Some employers and unions provide education assistance and tuition re-imbursement programs for employees and children of employees. Check with your employer, or your parent’s employer(s), to see if they offer any education assistance or tuition re-imbursement programs that you may qualify for.
EMPLOYMENT ONTARIO:
The Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and universities (MTCU) administers programs, such as Employment Ontario, to assist individuals who are unemployed or who have qualified for Employment insurance. Students may qualify for post secondary education financing through Employment Ontario or other programs managed by MTCU.

IN-HOUSE FINANCING:
A favorite option for many of our students because of the low and manageable monthly payments. A credit check is required and some conditions apply and you may require a co-signer from a family member or friend. Please speak to your Evergreen Counselor as they are qualified to not only answer your questions but also help you through the in house financing process.
SELF-PAY:
Many of our student make a decision to self-pay their tuition to qualify for our Self-Pay Bursary. A student can put down a deposit at registration and then make an easy full payment on the first day of class. This simple procedure takes the stress out of attending the College and puts the student in good standing financially while attending.
STUDENT LINES OF CREDIT:
Most major banks and credit unions offer student lines of credit to finance post secondary education. You can apply online (in most cases), over the phone or at your local bank branch.
